Exercise step by step

Objective: Stretching the chest
muscles to promote upright posture of
the upper spine. -
Starting Position: Stand in a doorframe in a stepping position and with your right lower arm pressed against the doorframe at a 90° angle.

Movement: Straighten your chest from your sternum, slowly leaning your entire body forwards until you feel a pull in the pectoral muscles. Hold this position for 20–30 seconds, then change sides.
Repeat this exercise 3 times.
Before you begin any of these exercise routines, be sure to check with your doctor. Once you have your doctor’s approval, begin exercising slowly and stop if you feel any pain or discomfort. Make sure to rest if you feel you are overexerting yourself.
