Stretching your lower arm muscles every now and then with this helpful exercise will help alleviate pain in the wrist from too much computer work


Exercise step by step

  1. Objective: Stretching the lower arm
    muscles to alleviate pain.
  2. Starting Position: Sit or stand with the
    affected arm held straight out in front of
    you with the back of the hand facing up.
  3. Movement: Let your hand drop loosely. Take your other hand and pull the affected hand towards the body until you can feel a pull shortly before your elbow. Hold this position for 20–30 seconds.
    Repeat every 2 hours.
