Relax your neck after work

This easy floor exercise which can be done at home will effectively strengthen your neck muscles and reduce tension headaches


Exercise step by step

  1. Objective: Strengthening the neck
    muscles to reduce tension headaches.

  2. Starting Position: Lie on your back
    with your knees bent and your hands
    lying on your abdomen.
    Movement: Pull your chin towards
    your larynx and then lift your head
    off the floor about 5 centimetres from
    this position. Hold this position for
    10 seconds, then put your head back
    down. Rest for 20 seconds.
    Repeat the exercise 5 times.
