Improve shoulder flexibility and relieve your shoulders and neck area at the same time


Exercise step by step

  1. Objective: Improving shoulder flexibility and improving shoulder and neck posture.
  2. Starting Position: Lie on your right side keeping your elbow bent at a 90° angle.
  3. Movement: Hold the bottle in your left hand. Rotate your left lower arm outwards away from your abdomen to the back and up. Slowly return to starting position.
    Repeat 3 sets of 12 on each side.

Use a full water bottle or similar as a weight.
